Standard Order Dispatch :
- Orders placed prior to 10am will be dispatched same business day. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed after 10am.
- Bulky Products*: Selected products that are heavy/bulky will need to be accessed for shipment.
- We charge one shipping rate per order regardless of the number of items in your order or your location in Australia, although some exceptions do apply (Bulky items). Products marked as bulky cannot be shipped using our standard shipping rates, shipping for these items is calculated at the checkout.
- Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Australia-wide.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year, except public holidays.
- We utilise a variety of carriers including Australia Post and various Couriers depending on your location.
- Standard insurance is not included in orders. If you would like to insure your delivery, please call the store during business hours. Peekaboo Kidz will not reimburse, resend or refund uninsured orders, but will assist to recover missing items in consultation with the selected courier.
- The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.

Please note some larger items are not eligible for delivery to some regional and remote areas of Australia. Please contact our staff to check prior to placing your order.
Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected/ RTS Orders
We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non collection.
Please note : if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non collection, the return fee of $20 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. Reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up.
Please note Peekaboo Kidz will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

* Bulky Items / Postcode Exceptions - large items or large orders being sent to remote & regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. All shipping is calculated at checkout, however if you have an enquiry about shipping please contact us.
